Description Set Ethernet port to normal mode

int set_to_normal (void)

Return: 0: return ok.

-1:return fail.

3. set_to_bp

Function name set_to_bp

Description Set Ethernet port to bypass mode

Format:

int set_to_bp (void)

Return: 0: return ok.
